We ship all our orders discreetly and in neutral packaging, without a recognizable sender or logo on the outer packaging. Orders placed before 11:00 PM are shipped the same day. The average delivery time is 1-2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code by email. Shipping is free for orders over €50, otherwise it's €3.95.

At PureToys.nl, you can pay securely via iDEAL, credit card, Bancontact, and more. All payments are processed through a secure SSL connection. A neutral description will appear on your bank statement, so your privacy is always guaranteed. We do not store any payment information.

Not satisfied? You can return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. Please contact our customer service to register a return. Return shipping costs are for the customer's account. After receipt and inspection of the product, the purchase amount will be refunded within 5 working days.
